What time does the festival start?
Doors will open at 12 noon. Last entry is at 6pm and music will play from 12 noon till 11:30pm. All guests must leave at 11:30pm.
Is there Car Parking?
We have a limited amount of car parking just outside the entrance which can be pre-booked for £5. The festival is only a short walk from Aldershot Town Centre. There is a taxi rank outside the festival so we encourage people to either arrive via taxi or local public transport.
Can we buy tickets on the door?
We will have a limited amount of tickets for sale on the door at a cost of £50.00. We advise you purchase tickets early online.
Can we bring our own Food?
Unfortunately food can not be brought on site from outside of the festival. We will have a range of food vendors supplying food for a wide variety of diets, including vegetarian and vegan. (We do allow a small amount of food for babies and children under 6 and children with special dietary requirements, but this must be produced on entry for inspection)
Any other food brought onto the site will be removed.
Can we bring our own Alcohol and drinks?
Unfortunately, due to our licence restrictions, NO ALCOHOL or drinks can be brought in to the festival. We will have Bars serving a wide variety of drinks for purchase. Drinks Tokens can be purchased on site to use to buy drinks at the bars. (we allow baby milk and baby drinks for children under 6, but these must be presented at entry to security for inspection) Any Drinks or Liquids brought onto the festival site will be removed.
Do I need to purchase Drinks Tokens to buy drinks?
Yes. This year we are operating cashless Bars so you will need to purchase Drinks Tokens once you arrive at the festival. Drinks Tokens will be sold in multiples of £10.00. Drinks Tokens will be none refundable.
Are Children Free?
Yes. Under 5’s are free with a paying adult ticket. Aged 18 to 6 costs £5. Children Tickets must be obtained online. Adults must supervise their children at all times. We operate a strict “Over 25” drink policy and any children found to be consuming alcohol will be asked to leave the festival along with their adult.
Children will not be able to enter the festival on a children ticket if they are not accompanied by an adult with an adult ticket.
Will there be anything to keep my children occupied?
Yes. This year we have a huge children area with various fun activities. All the children activities will be supervised by professional staff.
Can I bring my Dog?
Unfortunately we only allow registered guide dogs in to the festival area.
Can I bring a chair or blanket?
Yes. You can bring fold ups chairs and blankets for the communal areas but they are not suitable for around the stage areas and you will be asked by security to move to a more suitable area. All chairs, blankets will be subject to search on entry to the festival.
Is there a cash machine on site?
Unfortunately not, however we do have the facility to take card payments for Drinks Tokens. Please bring enough cash with you to last you through the day.
Can I leave the festival and come back?
No, unless you have children and you are making arrangements to have them supervised and then you return to the festival. You must do this and return before 8pm. You will be supplied with a wrist band which will allow you to re-enter the festival. On re-enty you will be subject to search and guests found to be too intoxicated will not be allowed readmission.
What time is last entry?
Last entry will be at 6pm (18:00 hrs).
Is the festival accessible for the disabled?
We try to be as disabled friendly as possible, but like most festival this is very hard due to the underlying ground. The festival is on flat ground and we do provide disabled toilets. But please be aware that this ground could become muddy and difficult to move on.
